In 2025, he secured record-breaking settlements in two separate commercial trucking cases--$54.7M ($32M paid to clients after attorney fees and expenses) which is largest known personal injury settlement in Tarrant County history, and $64.5M settlement (over $42M paid to to clients). Mr. Stephens has served as an Adjunct Professor for Advanced Trial Advocacy at Baylor Law School and has served as a speaker for various seminars.
