William Steffens

I am William “Bill” Steffens, a personal injury attorney with 40 years of legal experience serving individuals and families across Nebraska. As a senior partner at Steffens Law Office, I have dedicated most of my career to representing those injured due to negligence, focusing on thorough case evaluation, long-term advocacy, and practical solutions. For the past 25 years, I have focused my practice on injury law, handling various claims involving motor vehicle collisions, serious injuries, and intricate liability matters. My approach relies on experience, patience, and the understanding that injury cases often require time and detailed documentation to fully evaluate their effects. My clients and colleagues appreciate my steady judgment, careful preparation, and commitment to ethical representation. I earned my Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law and completed my undergraduate studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln. I am licensed to practice law in Nebraska and South Dakota. While I live at Johnson Lake, Nebraska, I maintain a regular presence in the Broken Bow office and travel statewide to meet and assist clients whenever necessary. When I’m not practicing law, I enjoy activities like hunting, fishing, boating, and biking. I also have an interest in classic cars and traveling.
