J. Robert Bratman

Robert Bratman is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Personal Injury Group, as well as a certified expert Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. With a career devoted to championing the rights of those wronged, Robert specializes in representing individuals who have endured traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injuries, including fatalities resulting from automobile crashes and premises liability. Robert served as Practice Group Leader of Stark & Stark’s Personal Injury Department from 2017 to 2024 and he now leads the firm’s intake department. A seasoned and adept litigator, Robert has successfully tried cases to verdict across numerous counties in New Jersey. Additionally, Robert sits on the advisory board for the Crossings Animal Society, a non-profit animal protection organization.
