Stanley Tomkiel

Stanley A. Tomkiel, III has been practicing law since 1979 when he began practice with his father, Stanley A. Tomkiel, Jr. (ret. 2006) who had a large worker’s compensation practice in Yonkers, NY. Mr. Tomkiel, III expanded the practice to include personal injury claims and litigation. His son Matthew P. Tomkiel, admitted to practice law in 2002, is his partner and has added appellate practice to the firm’s personal injury litigation practice, now located in White Plains, NY. The Tomkiel & Tomkiel Law Firm is devoted exclusively to personal injury cases for injured people, including construction and worksite accidents, motor vehicle accidents, unsafe premises, trip fall injuries as well as defective products, and medical malpractice. Mr. Tomkiel is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida. Many of his settlements and verdicts have been reported in state and national professional publications, including the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Law Reporter, the New York Jury Verdict Reporter, Jury Verdict Review and the New York Law Journal.
