Laura Voegeli

Finding a family law attorney can be a daunting task, and as a client, you want someone diligent to represent you. I am Laura Voegeli, a compassionate and caring Team Leader Attorney at Stange Law Firm, PC, based in the firm’s Maryville, Illinois office in Madison County. I am currently licensed to practice law in Illinois. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During my time in law school, I served as a Judicial Intern at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. There, I conducted research and drafted memos, opinions, and questions in preparation for oral arguments. Additionally, I worked as a Law Clerk for a firm in Madison, Wisconsin, where I gained experience drafting pleadings, mediation statements, and briefs for personal injury cases. Before joining Stange Law Firm, I worked at a firm in Chicago, Illinois as a Senior Associate Attorney handling a variety of cases. My work focused on family-based immigration and removal defense, including filing waivers, asylum, cancellation of removal, and bond. Subsequently, I joined a firm in St. Louis, Missouri, where I continued representing clients in family-based immigration matters. My responsibilities included conducting daily intake calls, attending client interviews in different states, and preparing and filing mandamus lawsuits.
