Gabrielle Pirtle

I am a Senior Associate Attorney in our Louisville, Kentucky office. My work involves assisting individuals as they navigate significant legal matters, helping them understand their options and move forward with clarity and confidence. I take a practical, client-centered approach, emphasizing open communication, thorough preparation, and careful guidance throughout each step of the legal process. I earned my Juris Doctor from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and hold dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Kentucky. I am licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana. Before joining the firm, I served as General Counsel for a title company operating in Kentucky and Indiana. During that time, I handled litigation, contracts, compliance issues, and complex real estate transactions. My responsibilities included drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, resolving title disputes, and advising company leadership on legal and operational matters. Earlier in my career, I worked with the Legal Aid Society, where I managed a satellite office and represented clients on a wide range of legal issues. I also engaged in community outreach and delivered educational presentations, helping individuals navigate challenging situations with understanding and care. Additionally, I gained courtroom and litigation experience as a public defender in Louisville. In that role, I represented hundreds of clients in district and circuit court proceedings, performing legal research, motion practice, negotiations, and trial preparation. This diverse background allows me to approach client matters with an organized and solutions-focused mindset.
