Tina L Cox-Vega

I am Tina Cox, a Partner at Stange Law Firm, PC, where I play a pivotal role in supporting families during challenging times. My responsibilities include overseeing the West Region of the firm, which encompasses locations in Overland Park, Lee’s Summit, Springfield (MO), Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Wichita, Topeka, and Kansas City (by appointment only). I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from Washburn University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society. I continued my education at the University of Kansas, where I obtained both my Master’s Degree in Business Administration and my Juris Doctor. Before joining Stange Law Firm, I ran my own practice for 18 years, focusing on family and domestic violence law. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the nuances in domestic cases. I have represented parents and served as a guardian ad litem in juvenile court and Child in Need of Care proceedings. Additionally, I am a trained Mediator. Since 2019, I have been Lead Counsel Rated for Divorce Law, a recognition that reflects a commitment to quality, backed by significant experience, peer endorsements, and a clean discipline history. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time spent with my three children. I am passionate about traveling, playing sports, and enjoying outdoor activities.
