Facing a divorce or family law matter can be an emotional and stressful experience. I understand how important it is to have compassionate legal representation to guide and reassure you throughout your case. As a Junior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, I am based in our Indianapolis, Indiana office and represent clients in Marion County and the surrounding areas. I earned my law degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan, graduating with my Juris Doctor in May 2024. During my time in law school, I was actively involved in organizations such as the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, Women’s Law Caucus, and Business Law Society. Before pursuing my legal education, I completed a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Detroit Mercy and earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Before joining Stange Law Firm, I worked on a variety of legal matters, focusing on supporting both institutional and individual clients. Most recently, I represented public school districts and other organizations in civil rights defense, handling claims under Title VII, the ADA, and Section 1983 through motion practice, agency responses, and discovery planning. I also have experience assisting individuals with immigration matters, including naturalization, J-1 waivers, family-based adjustments, and work permit renewals, ensuring clients were informed and confident at every step. Additionally, I have supported asylum seekers and other vulnerable populations by preparing detailed memoranda and motions in complex immigration proceedings. My background also includes courtroom experience in criminal law, where I managed preliminary examinations, conferences, and plea agreements while assisting with trial preparation. I am committed to providing thoughtful and diligent representation to those navigating family law matters.
