Laura K. Gasiorowski

I have been practicing criminal defense law since 1994, and I became a part of Stahl Gasiorowski Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2005. Over the course of nearly thirty years, I have focused my career on representing both individuals and corporations in state and federal courts. Much of my practice is complex white collar criminal defense, including defending against charges of mail and wire fraud, PPP fraud, bank fraud, securities fraud, money laundering, computer fraud, structuring, and tax evasion. I also handle serious state and federal charges such as terrorism, kidnapping, gambling, narcotics violations, murder, VICAR, and RICO. I have been selected by the Judges for the District of New Jersey to represent federal defendants who qualify for representation under the Criminal Justice Act. I also reprsent students facing disciplinary hearings at colleges and universities, charges of hazing, assault and other potentially criminal charges.
