Luis Stabinski

Luis, founding member of the firm, was one of the first Cuban Americans to graduate from the University of Miami Law School in 1970. He earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration during his collegiate years. Starting as a general practitioner, he later developed a products liability practice, when that area of law was in its infancy, aided by his engineering and construction industry background. Over 20 years ago, he settled a case for the loss of use of one arm, for the unprecedented present value of 2.7 million dollars with a 10 million dollar payout. Since then, Luis has obtained verdicts and settlements worth millions of dollars on behalf of clients in Florida state and federal courts.
