Alyssa Castelli

Alyssa Castelli, Esq. is an associate attorney for Spire Law based out of our Orlando, Florida office. She is experienced in advising clients in healthcare compliance, intellectual property, and litigation issues. She helps businesses and business owners throughout the United States on trademark issues, including trademark filings, trademark litigation and responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Prior to joining Spire Law, she worked in-house at a healthcare clinic to assist with healthcare compliance issues, employment disputes, negotiate stock purchase agreements and review business contracts. Prior to graduating from law school, she assisted attorneys with trademark issues and business litigation matters.
