Nicholas Spetsas

Nick's roots trace back to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but he grew up in Moorestown, New Jersey, just a short 20-minute drive from the city. In 2010, an important change occurred when Nick's parents made the decision to relocate to a beach town in Northeast Florida. Instantly, Nick developed an affinity for the Sunshine State and all the boundless opportunities it offered. Throughout his time in law school, Nick honed his skills and gained invaluable experience in litigation by serving as a certified student-attorney at the South Carolina Juvenile Justice Clinic. Additionally, he interned at a Fortune 500 company, a personal injury law firm, and the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General, broadening his exposure to diverse legal areas. Before joining Spetsas Buist PLLC, Nick garnered significant litigation and trial experience while working at Florida's largest insurance defense firm and later at a prominent national law firm. His focus involved representing companies and their insurance carriers in complex civil litigation cases. Such matters included personal and catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, automobile and trucking liability, as well as negligent security cases. Drawing on his experience defending corporations and their insurers, Nick possesses a profound understanding of their negotiation tactics and trial strategies. Now, he channels this knowledge to advocate aggressively for clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. His goal is to maximize the value of his clients' cases and to deliver justice on their behalf. Throughout this journey, Nick firmly believes in providing assertive representation, recognizing the importance of communication to ensure client satisfaction. He wholeheartedly dedicates himself to treating his clients with the care and consideration one would offer to family.
