About
Larry Peters has dedicated his legal career to fighting for accident victims across the Mid-South after working for a national defense firm for a few years in the beginning of his career. After witnessing how families were being shortchanged by insurance companies, he founded his Memphis practice with one mission: help every client secure maximum compensation. Peters earned his law degree from the University of Memphis, where he developed a passion for trial advocacy and excelled on the Memphis Law Review. He spent his early career at a national defense firm, gaining valuable insight into how to fight insurance companies. Knowledge he now uses to his clients' advantage. What started as a small Memphis practice has grown into a multi-state law operation handling hundreds and hundreds of cases. Peters and his team handle cases in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, and Kentucky. They are currently expanding to Georgia. The firm specializes in auto accidents, commercial truck accidents, and tractor-trailer cases. Peters has developed a reputation for thorough preparation and aggressive negotiation, often earning settlements that substantially exceed initial insurance offers. "People don't hire lawyers because they are having a good day," Peters explains. "I have to help people that are in one of the hardest times of their lives to find a path forward." This philosophy of his client service approach is what drives the firm to help injured clients. Peters maintains cutting-edge case management technology and employs dedicated support teams to handle the caseload efficiently. His systematic approach to the prelitigation approach has helped his clients recover over $10,000,000.00 since 2023. When not practicing law, Peters enjoys time with his family and supporting local Memphis community organizations.
