Dean L. Johnson

I am Dean L. Johnson, an attorney and real estate broker leading Sonoma Lawyers Realty, Sonoma County's only attorney-owned exclusive buyer's agent. My mission is to offer buyer representation at just a 1% commission -- far less than the standard in the industry --while safeguarding clients throughout the entire property transaction process. My academic background includes an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University. These qualifications, paired with my extensive practical experience, enable me to understand the intricate legal and financial aspects of property purchases and ensure that each transaction is conducted with both legal accuracy and business insight. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving on the faculty at institutions such as Sonoma State University, Golden Gate University, and St. Mary's College. Additionally, I am licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, all California state courts, and various California federal district courts, bringing a high level of legal rigor to residential real estate matters.
