Mark Solomon

Mark A. Solomon is considered one of Nevada’s premier trust and estate attorneys. He focuses primarily on litigation and resolution of contested matters. Mr. Solomon has represented numerous banks and other professional and private fiduciaries, as well as beneficiaries, creditors and purchasers, in numerous complex probate matters. He has successfully litigated matters involving claims for undue influence, mistake, lack of testamentary and contractual capacity, fraud and forgery at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Solomon has also drafted and edited hundreds of substantial estate plans, creditor protection plans, and premarital agreements.
