Ravelle Smith

I was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2002 and have dedicated my career to litigation ever since. After gaining admission, I broadened my legal practice to include various litigation areas such as divorces, child support modifications, adoptions, custody changes, domestic violence, and breach of contracts. Since 2005, I have focused my practice solely on family law, aiding individuals through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. My clients can be confident that I possess the necessary skills, experience, and passion to assist in resolving their legal issues, whether through amicable settlement or trial. I have conducted trials involving contested matters before both judges and juries, covering a range of issues including divorces, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable division of property, simple battery, simple assault, DUI, and felony matters. I have appeared in various courts across Georgia, including Superior, State, Magistrate, Juvenile, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court. I take pride in my successful handling of complex cases throughout my career. I am committed to managing even the most contentious matters efficiently, professionally, and with compassion. Outside the courtroom, I am often found coaching youth basketball at local gymnasiums, further contributing to the community and impacting the lives of Georgia's children. I live near Marietta, Georgia with my wife and two children, where we are actively involved in our local community.
