John Preston Griffith

I focus my practice on Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. I have been featured in the *South Carolina Lawyers Weekly* newspaper for my work in workers' compensation and nursing home neglect cases. Additionally, I was recognized in the same publication for a successful negligence case against the South Carolina Department of Transportation. This case involved a low road shoulder with a seven-inch edge drop, which led to the tragic death of a tractor-trailer driver, extensive property damage, and environmental cleanup. My legal background is enriched by my previous experience as an insurance claims adjuster for two major insurance companies in South Carolina. I also give presentations and lectures to provide continuing legal education and discuss Workers’ Compensation and Insurance issues with other professionals.
