David Slater

Mr Slater was born and raised in Dallas. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas in 1974, and his law degree from St. Mary's School of Law in 1977 and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 1977 and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas in 1985. Mr. Slater entered private practice in Austin, Texas in 1985. Since that time, he has concentrated on an office practice involving corporate law and commercial transactions and business tort litigation. He has been involved in a broad range of business related litigation dealing with securities, antitrust, insurance, products liability and lender liability issues, as well as consumer protection, real estate and other types of litigation. Mr. Slater practices in state and federal courts and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
