Jay Sadd

Jay Sadd is a founding partner of Slappey & Sadd LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Sadd has over 30 years of professional legal experience and is dedicated to representing individuals who have been seriously injured and families of those who have lost loved ones due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Mr. Sadd has been lead counsel on cases in which his client was awarded or recovered $22,000,000; $18,000,000; $17,000,000, and $10,250,000, along with many other confidential settlements. These high-damage cases are often the result of car accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, unsafe premises and the like. Mr. Sadd holds his J.D. from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. He is admitted to practice in every state court in Georgia including the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Georgia Superior and State Courts. Mr. Sadd is also admitted to the Federal Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of Georgia. Mr. Sadd keeps a limited case load in order to be able to carefully review and handle each case personally, giving every client the attention and experience they deserve. He is often hired by other attorneys to act as lead counsel for their clients on high damage cases.
