About
I am a dedicated advocate for my clients, driven by a genuine passion for the law. My journey to becoming an attorney began after working as a teacher and then as a paralegal, which solidified my decision to pursue my J.D. I earned my J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. Following my first year in law school, I had the opportunity to intern as a law clerk under a district court judge, where I gained valuable insight into criminal, civil, and family law cases. During my second year, I volunteered with the Innocence Project and the Immigrant Rights Clinic while also working for a Mass Tort and Fair Labor Standards Act litigation firm in Dallas, Texas. The summer before my final year, I worked for the Office of the Attorney General in the Administrative Law Division. In my third year, I clerked for a Fort Worth firm, focusing on arbitration, property disputes, and business formation. Since graduating, I have devoted my practice to family law, handling complex divorces and custody matters. I am committed to providing tailored solutions for my clients by taking the time to understand their unique goals and family dynamics. My attention to detail and commitment to continually improving my practice allow me to deliver thoughtful and effective resolutions for the individuals and families I serve. I am a native of Houston and deeply connected to my community. Outside of the courtroom, I enjoy exploring new spots in the city with my partner or relaxing at home with our cats. I am also an active member of Houston’s LGBTQIA+ community and am passionate about advocating for the rights of all individuals.
