Donald W Singleton

I was born and raised in Georgia, and in 1999, I founded the Singleton Law Firm, continuing my lifelong dedication to serving my state and community. My peers and clients recognize me as an attorney who upholds integrity, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a relentless drive to advocate successfully for injured victims and their families. Throughout my career, I have focused my trial practice on representing victims of serious injuries and wrongful death resulting from trucking, car, bus, and motorcycle accidents, as well as premises liability and various other causes. I have secured millions of dollars in recovery to assist injured Georgians. A notable achievement in my career was serving as co-counsel in securing a record jury verdict against MARTA, amounting to $18,750,000 for a client who suffered severe brain injuries. My work has also been recognized in the Georgia Super Lawyers magazine, where I was featured as one of Georgia’s "Super Lawyers." I hold degrees from the University of Georgia and the Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. Outside the courtroom, I am passionate about rock climbing, having tackled big walls in Yosemite and alpine climbs in Wyoming, Idaho, and throughout the southeast. I am a proud parent of two children, and I reside in the Sandy Springs area.
