About
I’m a seasoned family law attorney with over seven years of litigation experience, supported by two additional years of internships in criminal and complex civil litigation. While I find the courtroom intellectually engaging, my experience has shown that families are often better served by resolving disputes amicably outside of court. This belief guides my practice and fuels my commitment to helping simplify the process for clients, and navigate their divorce with clarity, respect, and efficiency. My work focuses primarily on uncontested divorce resolutions and collaborative divorce. In collaborative cases, I work alongside a team of professionals—including financial experts and mental health specialists—to help couples reach fair, sustainable agreements without the stress and cost of litigation. "Simplify and resolve!" perfectly captures my approach. Trial is often expensive, time-consuming, and emotionally draining. Once spouses accept that their relationship has ended, cooperating to finalize their divorce allows them to maintain control over their financial futures and family dynamics. I’ve seen firsthand the toll that high-conflict divorces can take on children. Even in the most stable homes, separation can cause upheaval. Unfortunately, some law firms push litigation that adds conflict and cost without changing the outcome. I believe that when parents work together to make decisions in their children's best interests, the results are more thoughtful, personalized, and lasting than those handed down by a court. This path requires compromise and empathy—but it offers the most constructive outcome for everyone involved. I also assist clients with premarital and postnuptial agreements, which are powerful tools for setting clear expectations and ensuring peace of mind. Regardless of the size of a couple’s estate, these agreements can protect both parties and help them move forward in their relationship with greater security and understanding.
