L. Laban Levy

I am a partner at Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch, where I focus primarily on Consumer Bankruptcy law. With nearly two decades of experience, I am committed to assisting individuals and families in overcoming financial difficulties, providing solutions that help protect their homes, vehicles, and financial stability. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern State University in 1998, which gave me a solid background in personal finance and business management. In 2002, I graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University with a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Civil Law. I was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 2003 and had the privilege of serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Henry N. Brown, Jr. for the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeals from 2003 to 2004. I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and remain actively engaged in developments within the bankruptcy field. My approach to legal representation is centered on providing clear guidance and compassionate support to my clients, always striving for effective solutions tailored to their needs.
