Family dinners were about real estate –every meal. After college I went to law school and then went to work at Putnam Investments. Although I loved my job at Putnam, I quickly realized my passion was in real estate. That passion led me to real estate law. “I will never forget starting out on my own, that first borrower who was a new mom and couldn’t figure out how to get out of the house with a new baby and to an escrow office at the same time as her husband. I said to her ‘How about I come to you? I’ll come to your house after your husband gets home from work and we’ll get the papers signed’. Seeing her relief, I knew I was onto something special.
