Anthony C. Sears

Anthony C. Sears is an Associate Attorney at the firm’s Personal Injury department, where he is dedicated to obtaining the best results for his clients. Mr. Sears has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Attorneys of 2022 and has been named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for three consecutive years (2019-2021). He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients and has litigated high-profile cases that have garnered media attention. His areas of practice include automobile accidents, construction accidents, negligent security, nursing home negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, and other civil litigation lawsuits. Apart from his legal practice, Anthony is an active member of the LGBT Bar Association of New York and mentors pre-law students and LGBTQ law students who are enrolled in law school in New York. He is a former published author in the LGBT Bar Association publication, LGBT Law Notes, and has also been published on About.com. In addition, he obtained First Place Individual Mediator at the International Northeastern International Academy of Dispute Resolution Tournament. Mr. Sears earned his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a minor in Sociology from St. John’s University, graduating magna cum laude with honors on the Dean’s List every semester.
