I have secured substantial settlements and judgments for clients who have suffered injuries in accidents, including car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, as well as slip and fall incidents and dog bite cases. I have also successfully helped clients navigate business and consumer bankruptcies, discharging millions of dollars in debt. This has enabled many of them to eliminate financial burdens, save their homes and businesses, and move forward with a clearer financial future. Additionally, I have represented clients facing harassment from creditors and collection agencies. Through these cases, I have recovered significant compensation for my clients due to violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Before founding Shield Law Group, I worked as an associate at California’s largest consumer bankruptcy firm. Afterward, I co-founded and partnered in a law firm that focused on personal injury, bankruptcy, and consumer protection law. Now, as the founder and managing attorney of Shield Law Group, I strive to provide the skills and experience I gained from larger firms while offering clients a more personal and direct approach. I earned my J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. My undergraduate education was completed at California State University, Northridge, where I graduated with honors and obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Law and a minor in Political Science. During this time, I served as President of the Association of Business Law Students and was awarded the Business Law Department’s Scholarship for Excellence. In law school, I focused on corporate and securities law, served as Chair of the Association of Business Law Students, and graduated with honors. I am a member of the State Bar of California and am admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts of California.
