Katy L. McCully

Katy was born and raised in the central valley. Prior to joining the Shein Law Group, Katy worked for a small Fresno boutique law firm where she gained experience in complex business transactions, estate and business planning, probate, conservatorship, guardianship and estate administration, trust and estate litigation and general civil litigation matters. Katy then transitioned to a large Fresno firm where she focused on business and real estate litigation, land use, and many aspects of probate and estate litigation. Currently Katy focuses her practice on civil litigation, specializing in commercial, business and real estate litigation, and all bankruptcy matters.
