Ann Sheeley

Ann Sheeley has more than 25 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney. Licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the Federal District Court for Rhode Island, Attorney Sheeley has successfully managed hundreds of personal injury, criminal and workers' compensation cases during her career. Prior to starting Sheeley Law in 2010, Ann served as a litigator in law offices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Upon earning her Juris Doctor from the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, she worked for the law offices of J. Ronald Fishbein, where she managed a personal injury and family law cases. She joined the law offices of Robert T. Karns, based in Middletown and Providence, and spent the following eight years leveraging her expertise in civil proceedings, in particular with handling pleadings and making appearances for motion and trial cases. In 2001, the Massachusetts-based Law Offices of Donald E. Green hired Ann to oversee personal injury cases. In that role, Ann conducted initial client intakes, settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitrations, and trial procedures. Ann also formerly served as Supervising Attorney at the Law Offices of Thomas Sparks in Woonsocket before starting her own firm that specializes in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Criminal Defense.
