Shawn Patrick Bailey

I have dedicated my career to protecting the rights of injured individuals and their families. My practice focuses on personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, dog bites, defective products, premises liability, and construction site accidents. I also handle bad faith claims against insurance companies. I was raised and educated in Massachusetts, earning my law degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. I am admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and authorized to practice before the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Throughout my career, I have consistently worked to safeguard the rights of victims of motor vehicle accidents, medical errors, and insurance disputes, both in Massachusetts and across the country. My ongoing dedication to these efforts has earned recognition in the field of personal injury law. Community engagement is an important part of my work. I dedicate significant time to addressing public policy issues, particularly those aimed at creating a more equitable justice system and leveling the playing field between injured individuals, insurance companies, and large corporations. I also serve as a board member of The International Charitable Foundation, which has raised and distributed over $800,000 in charitable donations throughout Massachusetts. Additionally, I provide pro bono legal services to various local non-profit organizations.
