Sue Zabloudil

Sue Zabloudil has a national real estate practice representing clients in a broad range of real estate areas, including, the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of hotel, restaurant, office, warehouse, condominium, condominium/hotel, automobile dealership, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family properties; and commercial landlord and tenant leasing. Sue has worked to close transactions in Florida, California and throughout the United States involving multi-faceted properties, including business parks, national restaurant chains, multiple automobile dealerships, hotels in Florida and Las Vegas, commercial condominium warehouse/offices and waste services sites. Clients for whom Sue has worked include private developers, private equity funds, global financial institutions and investment banks, REITs, and other investment funds. Sue has experience working on bids and negotiating on behalf of clients in private/public partnerships. Sue has represented owners and their representatives in a broad range of leasing and asset management matters throughout the United States, including leases for restaurants, medical offices and centers, pain centers, retail, warehouses and ground lease developments.
