Aaron Christian Seymour

Aaron Seymour is the proud owner and lead attorney of Seymour & Vaughn, the criminal defense and estate planning firm he co-founded with Tommy Vaughn in 2024. A U.S. Army veteran and 2015 graduate of Regent University School of Law, Aaron built his practice on discipline, fierce advocacy, and a steadfast commitment to protecting people and their families in their most vulnerable moments. He began as a solo practitioner, founding The Seymour Law Office in 2016, and has grown his firm to serve clients across New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Central Texas. Aaron and his team fight hard for clients facing criminal charges, known for their boldness, determination, and unrelenting pursuit of justice. As a mentor to rising defense attorneys, Aaron works to raise the standard of representation throughout Central Texas, blending courtroom experience with strategic, client-centered advocacy. Beyond criminal defense, Aaron leads the firm’s estate planning practice built on the Personal Family Lawyer model, helping families create plans that work when they’re needed most.
