I am Adam Setra, Lead Trial Lawyer and Founder of Setra Law Firm P.C., serving as a Federal and State Criminal Defense Attorney across Texas, including San Antonio and El Paso. I started Setra Law Firm to help people through a complicated legal system. The State often reduces people to paperwork and reports that miss important details. My job is to make sure you are seen as a person, not just a case file. I work to reveal the real story behind every case. This mission guides my defense for every client. What drives my defense work? I am motivated by two things: 1. First, I am frustrated when the State is careless, like when evidence is hidden or officers cut corners. In one case, I exposed a hidden bodycam recording in court, turning the tide for my client. Second, I always ask, "What if?" This keeps me alert and thorough. I do this work because I truly love it, not for money. My goal is to help you restore your life and our work is more than just clearing records.
