Semer Law Firm, LLC provides representation in the areas of Community Association Law, Real Estate, and Landlord-Tenant Law. Semer Law Firm, LLC was established by Dean L. Semer, Esq. Mr. Semer is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware (J.D. 2005) and the University of Delaware (B.A. 1992; M.A. 1995). Mr. Semer is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Prior to re-locating to Monmouth County and establishing the firm, Mr. Semer worked for approximately 9 1/2 years at a law firm in Morris County. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Semer worked for approximately 5 years as a Community Association Manager, managing both condominium and homeowners associations. He also held jobs relating to the management of commercial business campuses and apartment buildings.
