Roberto Luis Seda

I am a Probate and Estate Planning Attorney serving families across Oklahoma. As the founder of Seda Law Firm PLLC, I lead a team dedicated to guiding clients through estate planning and probate matters with clarity, compassion, and a focus on strong legal support. My journey to the legal profession was non-traditional. Before attending law school, I spent eight years in management roles with General Motors and Spirit AeroSystems. I hold a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. I am licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I also contribute to shaping real property law in Oklahoma through my work with the Oklahoma Title Examination Standards Committee. Beyond my legal career, I serve as a deacon at the Central Church of Christ in Moore, Oklahoma, and sit on the board for Camp Lu-Jo KISMIF in Faxon, Okla. Additionally, I serve on the Oklahoma City Board of Adjustment, the Moore Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Foundation, and the University Center Foundation, an outreach of the Stillwater Church of Christ. I am actively involved in several sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Becky, who works as a local real estate agent, and spending time with our three children—Alex, Landon, and Cole.
