Scott J. Emerick

From my first day of Law School I knew that criminal law was my passion. I was fortunate to be selected to intern at the Sonoma County Public Defenders Office for 3 years during law school. There I was able to work on real cases involving real clients facing real criminal charges. This time gave me valuable insight into how the court system works, how to interact with opposing counsel, and how to best advocate for my clients best interest.
