Jennifer Wallner Saltzman

Jennifer Wallner Saltzman is a family law attorney with over a decade of experience and represents clients in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, support, protections from abuse and prenuptial agreements. She is committed to resolving family law issues through amicable solutions when possible, but is fully prepared to litigate in family court when necessary. Jenny strives to meet her clients' goals with compassion and understanding, recognizing the emotional and financial complexities that often accompany divorce and family disputes. Known for her strategic approach, Jenny works tirelessly to advocate for her clients while maintaining a focus on their well-being. She understands that family law matters can be life-altering and approaches each case with both sensitivity and practical guidance. Whether through negotiation or litigation, Jenny ensures her clients have a strong advocate by their side. Jenny is actively involved in the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Family Law Section serving on the executive committee and on the board of the Nicholas Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Court. She earned her law degree from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law and holds a Master's Degree in Teaching from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College. Jenny serves clients throughout the five-county Philadelphia area and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
