Stacey R. Cutting

Attorney Stacey Cutting brings ample amounts of experience and skills to Schimmel & Parks, APLC and is a devoted Southern California civil litigation lawyer. While she highly skilled in various areas of law, Attorney Cutting focuses much of her practice handling cases involving construction defects, personal injury, employment law, insurance bad faith, and consumer class actions. She plays an essential role in the discovery processes of cases, completes trial preparations, creates motion papers, and assists with various key parts of litigation processes. Before committing her life to judiciary work, Attorney Cutting attended California State University, Northridge, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Law. Following her undergraduate coursework, she enrolled in University of La Verne and earned her MBA. Upon completion, she immediately enrolled into the law school division of the university and completed her Juris Doctorate. Currently, she is permitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California as well as all California state courts.
