My practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business transactions, commercial real estate, and oil and gas matters. I work with individuals and families to create clear plans for the future, drafting documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives tailored to their specific goals. I also guide fiduciaries through every stage of probate and trust administration, assisting with asset management, required filings, and addressing disputes when they arise. Licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas, I assist small and mid-sized businesses with various transactional needs, including drafting and reviewing contracts and handling business purchase and sale transactions. My real estate work involves resolving title and ownership concerns and negotiating commercial lease agreements for landlords and tenants. In the oil and gas industry, I conduct title examinations and assist upstream companies with acquisitions and other transactions involving energy-related assets. Since 1997, I have also been a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Oklahoma. This background allows me to approach issues with an understanding of the intersection between legal considerations and financial realities, which is particularly beneficial in estate planning and business matters.
