About
Brandon Sapala is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sapala LLP, a boutique transactional law firm focused on commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and corporate transactions. Brandon brings experience from both sides of the deal table. Before founding Sapala LLP, he practiced as a real estate finance associate at Reed Smith LLP and Akerman LLP in New York, where he represented lenders and borrowers across a broad spectrum of commercial financing structures. He subsequently served as in-house counsel at a private commercial real estate lender, managing transactions across bridge, USDA, HUD, and CPACE product lines and advising on corporate compliance and risk management. Earlier in his career, he worked with the USDA Rural Housing Service, contributing to the development of federal guaranteed loan policy under the OneRD program. At Sapala LLP, Brandon represents private lenders, regional banks, developers, and corporate clients on commercial real estate and corporate debt financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and general corporate matters. Brandon is admitted to practice in Florida and South Carolina and holds a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
