Richard Sanvenero Jr.

Richard Sanvenero, Jr. is a Founding Partner at Sanvenero & Cittadino, LLC. He was a former Partner at the Law Office of McGoughran & Sanvenero. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2013. He is an active member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Sanvenero is licensed to practice law in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and New York. In addition, he is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Bankruptcy Courts of the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York. Mr. Sanvenero is also trained and licensed in Mediation, Arbitration, and Collaborative divorce law. Mr. Sanvenero is currently the Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. He also serves as a three-year Trustee for the Monmouth Bar Association. His practice is devoted to matrimonial litigation practice, business representation, estate planning, real estate, civil litigation, and criminal and municipal court defense.
