About
Cristina Santiago Riutort is an immigration attorney with over a decade of legal experience. A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, she has focused her practice exclusively on federal immigration law since 2018. She is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar. Cristina is a highly active member of the legal community, currently serving as Second Vice Chair of the AILA National USCIS Operations Committee, as well as holding membership with the Dallas Bar Association. Her practice is built on the understanding that immigration matters deeply affect the emotional and financial stability of families. She provides personalized representation across a wide range of complex matters, including removal defense, family-based immigration, consular processing, and inadmissibility waivers. She also handles sensitive cases involving humanitarian relief, such as U-Visas for crime victims, VAWA for survivors of domestic violence, and DACA. Cristina proudly represents clients nationwide before the Immigration Court (EOIR), Asylum Offices, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Her mission is to serve as a trusted advocate for the immigrant community, helping families navigate the complexities of the legal system with clarity, dignity, and professional integrity.
