Timothy A. Follett

Timothy Follett has been practicing estate planning law since 2014 when he opened his law firm in Santa Barbara. His law firm has positive reviews on Yelp, Google Business, and Avvo, and he has drafted hundreds of comprehensive estate plans for satisfied clients. Timothy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southwestern Law School. At Southwestern, he served as the Managing Editor for the Southwestern Law Review. Prior to opening his Estate Planning practice in Santa Barbara, Tim worked as a litigator for a Family Law Firm in Los Angeles, and he worked with an employment law firm in Santa Monica. As a law student, he worked as a clerk for the Honorable George Eskin and the Honorable Amy Pellman. Tim proudly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Michigan State University. Prior to attending law school, he worked for ten years as a public school teacher in Boston, Lansing, and New Orleans. Just before Hurricane Katrina, Tim was awarded Teacher of the Year at Craig Elementary. His teaching experience is a valuable asset as a counselor providing legal education to clients.
