Oliver M. Morrison

Attorney Oliver Morrison specializes in conservatorship, fiduciary duties, trust and estate administration, and litigation, representing banks, trust companies, private fiduciaries, and individuals both in and out of court. His expertise includes estate planning, trust and estate administration, trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, and real estate property legal matters. Oliver was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern School of Law in 2007 and his Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College in 2002. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, and South Bay Bar Association, where he served as Probate Section Co-Chair (2017-2018). He is also a member of the Hon. Benjamin Aranda III, American Inn of Court. Outside of his legal career, Oliver enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. A former college baseball player, he is an avid golfer and outdoor enthusiast.
