Beverly Ann Byrd

Attorney Beverly Byrd has specialized in immigration cases for nearly 20 years, handling only immigration matters. After graduating from Georgetown University with a Master's degree in International Law in 2000, Beverly opened Byrd & Associates in San Jose, California in 2001. Over nearly 20 years, she has helped thousands of immigrants from across the world immigrate to and remain in the United States. Beverly is a long-time member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association, or AILA, and has been an active member of AILA's Santa Clara Valley Chapter's Executive Board holding several positions as liaisons to Government Immigration Agencies.
