Michael Gregory Doan

San Diego Bankruptcy Attorney Michael G. Doan earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the California Western School of Law after graduating from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Accountancy, getting departmental honors, and minoring in Philosophy. Michael is admitted to the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association as well as the North County Bar Association. Michael concentrates his practice solely on Bankruptcy Law and is a Board Certified Specialist in Consumer Bankruptcy Law issued by the American Board of Certification. He is only one of eleven such attorneys in California. Michael has filed over 5,000 consumer bankruptcy cases in addition to hundreds of seperate lawsuits inside those cases. He has also has been published in both the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
