About
Tara R. Devine joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in 2004 and became the firm's first female partner in 2011. In 2018, she was promoted to Managing Partner of the Lake County office. Her practice focuses on personal injury, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and product liability cases. Ms. Devine has achieved numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, including a record-setting $148 million jury verdict in 2017 for a dancer paralyzed at O’Hare International Airport, later settled for $115 million. She also secured an $18.5 million settlement for a child with a brain injury in 2016 and a $1.6 million wrongful death verdict in Stephenson County. Ms. Devine is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.
