Kristen M. Stoicescu

Kristen M. Stoicescu is an attorney at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, joining the firm in 2024. She focuses her practice on mass torts, medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability cases. Prior to her role at the firm, she clerked for Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and worked as a litigation associate at leading defense firms, where she represented corporate clients in complex mass torts, intellectual property litigation, and other high-stakes legal matters. Ms. Stoicescu earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2020. During law school, she was highly involved in public service, completing internships with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also represented indigent defendants in felony cases through Northwestern’s criminal defense clinic. As an executive editor of the Northwestern University Law Review, she excelled academically and was an active participant in moot court and trial advocacy, winning multiple national tournaments. Before law school, Ms. Stoicescu worked in the U.S. headquarters of a global pharmaceutical company and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University. She also held leadership roles on NIU’s mock trial team, placing in the top 50 out of over 800 teams nationally. Ms. Stoicescu has also co-authored a peer-reviewed article on a vaccine candidate for lymphatic filariasis. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and playing volleyball.
