Saikon Gbehan

I work as a solo practitioner in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I handle a diverse array of cases, with a focus on personal injury, immigration law and civil litigation. I represent individual and corporate clients. My responsibilities include providing high quality legal advice and support to my clients, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and contracts; researching and analyzing statutory regulations to ensure compliance; and identifying legal risks and effectively advising clients on how to manage such risks; and representing clients during negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, hearings and trials.
