I represent developers, contractors, investors, and business owners in high-stakes matters involving contract breaches, partnership disputes, and insurance coverage issues. My practice covers all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial, and settlement strategy. I have successfully defended and prosecuted claims involving multi-million-dollar exposures, always focusing on achieving results-driven outcomes. I was born and raised with a passion for the law, which led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. This degree gave me a strong foundation in financial principles related to real estate, mortgages, and investments, paving the way for my legal career. Before becoming an attorney, I worked as a Securities Trader for BMO Harris Bank and served as a judicial law clerk for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) - Enforcement Division. I earned my Juris Doctor in 2009 from the William Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am admitted to practice in California, Nevada, and Texas, and I am dedicated to thorough preparation, strategic planning, and protecting my clients’ interests both in and out of the courtroom.
