S. David Anton, Esquire is a third generation Tampa attorney with his office located in Tampa’s historic Ybor City. After graduation from Jesuit High School (class of 1977) in Tampa, Mr. Anton attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1981 with a major in Economics and Accounting. Thereafter, Mr. Anton attended the University Florida College of Law where he was bestowed a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1984. Now in practice for 29 years, S. David Anton is an active member of the Florida Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. For these associations he is a member of the Family Law, Securities Law and Elder Law sections. He is also a member of PIABA (Public Investors Bar Association), the preeminent national association of attorneys representing public customers in their disputes with the securities industry. Mr. Anton has worked as a Certified Family Law Mediator as well as a Keynote Speaker through many seminars regarding Family Law, Securities Arbitration, Elder Law and Collaborative Law. He is also the President and CEO of Cigar City Investment Company which has invested in real estate in the Tampa Bay area since 1985. Mr. Anton is a member of the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce and the Schaarai Zedek Synagogue Board of Directors. He has held and continues to hold many positions throughout the Jewish community and the Hillsborough County Historical Society. As he continues to innovate his practice, Mr. Anton has gained a reputation as both a compromising mediator as well as a vigilant litigator.
